The condition is if the original design is still on file and in PDF format and the design doesn't require any changes plus can be increased in size without loss of resolution.  

The exception to the above is that name, rank, service number & dates served from the reverse of the board can be transferred to the centre of the playing surface. 

No reverse of the board designs can be added.
