Yesterday, the 2nd RNA World Uckers Championship took place in Bowling Green. Thanks to the RNA and Wally Blagden for all your hard work making this possible. The reigning world championship team was knocked out in the first round. The doubles winners for 2022 was a RM team THE GREEN MACHINE who won against a WRNS team WRENS 'R' US. This year there was also a singles competition, which was won by Brent Latham, with Simon Mills (serving RN) as the runner-up. The finalists were all presented with amazing trophies made by Wally, along with either a bottle of rum or port and full-sized Uckers boards for the winners and travel-size boards for the runners-up. BZ to all who organised, attended, and took part in both the doubles and singles tournaments. A cracking day all round.
